Tony was my class prefect when I started at Manchester Grammar at 11 years old. He was the first person to treat me as an adult and took everything I felt and said with a seriousness and empathy that is unmatched. This carried on through my life and he was my mentor and my best friend. He was best man at my wedding because quite simply he was the best man I ever knew. I am so grateful to have so many memories from throughout my younger life and into fatherhood and lessons learned that continue to shape my life. Thank you Tony for everything.
